Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 21-day return policy, so you have 21 days after receiving your order to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unused, with tags attached. Please also include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Exceptions

We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We are a small, independent business and therefore don’t currently offer refunds for change of mind, but we’re happy to help with an exchange or store credit.

 

Warranty

Your BESPOKE purchases come with a 24 month warranty and there is a 12 month warranty on the RENEW product range.
