We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $150, and free express post for orders over $300

Our International Shipping rates start at $25aud
We now offer free standard international shipping on orders over $500aud.
International express options are also available.

We try and keep items available online as much as possible, but if something has sold out you can pre order it here.

We are happy to exchange items or offer a credit note if you change your mind, provided it is within 21 days of purchase and items are unused.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind.

Get in touch with us directly and we can organise an exchange. We are happy to cover the shipping cost (within Australia only) for one exchange but you are responsible for getting the item back to us safely first.

Unfortunately no, it takes weeks, (often months) to develop a new product so the cost for a custom bag would be astronomical.

Custom Framebag orders are closed indefinitely.

We do intend to have standard sizes available in the future.

We use high quality, waterproof materials on all our bags including Australian Made, Waterproof Canvas and lightweight, waterproof nylon lining.

Our zips are also PU coated so they are weather resistant.

Due to the nature of their construction- having exterior pockets and zips for example, we can't claim that our bags are 100% waterproof, but rest assured they will keep the rain out.
