We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $150, and free express post for orders over $300

Our International Shipping rates start at $25aud.
International express options are also available.

Any import duties/taxes/tariffs are the responsibility of the customer to pay.

We are happy to exchange items or offer a credit note if you change your mind, provided it is within 21 days of purchase and items are unused.

We are a tiny Australian business (not Amazon Prime!) and are unable to offer refunds for change of mind.

Get in touch with us directly and we can organise an exchange. We are happy to cover the shipping cost (within Australia only) for one exchange but you are responsible for getting the item back to us safely first.

All our bags come with a 12 month Warranty (24 months for our Bespoke Range).

Unfortunately no, it takes months to design and develop a new product so the cost for a custom bag would be astronomical.

Custom Framebag orders are closed indefinitely, most likely forever.

We use high quality Australian Made, Waterproof Canvas and lightweight, waterproof nylon lining on our Bespoke Range of Bags.

Our Renew range is made from water resistant RPET and water resistant Recycled Polyester.

Our zips are Aquaguard coated so they are also water resistant.

Due to the nature of their construction (having sewn seams) we can't claim that our bags are waterproof, so you can't go swimming with them, but rest assured they will keep the drizzle out!
