Shipping
How much is shipping within Australia?
Our starting rate for postage is $10.
We offer free standard shipping within Australia for orders over $150, and free express post for orders over $300
How much is International Shipping?
Our International Shipping rates start at $25aud
We now offer free standard international shipping on orders over $500aud.
International express options are also available.
Exchanges and Returns
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to exchange items or offer a credit note if you change your mind, provided it is within 21 days of purchase and items are unused.
We do not offer a refund for change of mind.
How can I exchange something?
Get in touch with us directly and we can organise an exchange. We are happy to cover the shipping cost (within Australia only) for one exchange but you are responsible for getting the item back to us safely first.
Custom Products
I want a type of bag you don't have online, can you make one for me?
Unfortunately no, it takes weeks, (often months) to develop a new product so the cost for a custom bag would be astronomical!
Can you do custom modifications to your online products?
Once again unfortunately no!

Materials
Just how waterproof are your bags?
Extremely!
We use high quality, waterproof materials on all our bags.
Due to the nature of their construction- having exterior pockets and zips for example, we can't claim they are 100% waterproof, but rest assured they will keep the rain out.
