When you're not cycling, the Local Tote offers the option of tote handles or a shoulder strap, making it equally convenient for off-bike use.

Perfectly designed cycling tote bag for the Wald 137 basket: (i) it works on the bike, (ii) it works off the bike, (iii) it’s really easy to get on and off the bike. It has 3 external pockets and 5 internal pockets, including one large enough for an iPad or laptop, so everything is easy to fit and organise and get at. Beautifully crafted from quality waterproof durable fabric that looks great, padded base, excellent clasps and straps, easy quick secure connection to the basket. Large enough to fit a lot without being too large to handle, right size tote handles and adjustable shoulder strap. Lots of very thoughtful design details like Velcro around the press studs. The ultimate bike bag, way ahead of anything else, a pleasure to use.
